Hi, I made a new burner to reply to your comment. I never said the the fire was in downtown Oakland. I was giving a general description of Oakland as it stands today. Also, I am in Oakland every day and there are no police in downtown Oakland. I maybe see a cop once every few days. Oakland PD has massive problems…
