This sucks. I really like Walton. He is such a winning presence on TV. One day he'll find a real home on TV and knock it out the park weekly for 7 years. Alas, it looks like he'll have to suffer a few more pilot seasons before then.

Pretty much. It was this line and the puff of gas birth to death sequence. That whole inter-dimensional customs scene was so jam-packed with one-off ideas and visuals. I'm hooked.

They're bureaucrats. I don't respect them.
