Check with your doc or a pharmacist and try eating say, 30min before you take your meds. Sometimes having a belly full of food is all it takes to help make you feel less queasy - this can also reduce the efficacy of some meds though, and I don't have a lot to do with thyroxine, so just double check with someone :)
