I purchased a silver 2000 with two tone gray interior new off the showroom floor for a discount because weird BMW’s only appeal to certain types. I have an old 190 that has a “reserve” that activated with a lever you pull.  It hits rock bottom and starts to sputter and you can pull the lever and like magic more gas.  Works great unless you forget to push it back into the regular mode for the next time.
