It is a two wheel walking tractor. I was in Vietnam and they had tractor races on one of the few tv channels available at the hotel.

I know you wanted a certain amount of modern “things” but really you need to get back basics. Less is more and I guarantee you will have more fun in a “car” like this
I purchased a silver 2000 with two tone gray interior new off the showroom floor for a discount because weird BMW’s only appeal to certain types. Truly a polarizing car as I have had just as many folks who love the looks as hate it. If you are an M Coupe owner generally you dgaf about the haters anyway.
I know it was back in February that you ran the article but it influenced me to buy this - best car I have driven all year!
I drove a Panda in 1988 on the island of Terenife, Spain on a weekend trip in college. We had 6 adult sized people crammed into this little white gem when we were stopped by the local national guard. All six of the guard were sporting automatic weapons and our Spanish was weak at best.
I get the whole EV thing. It makes sense but not in a M3W because the sounds are what make this car feel alive. Pops and burbles are part of its infectious charm. I have lived with my new Morgan for 2000+ trouble free miles this summer and I’d say an unessary downshift in a tunnel is the best way to bring a smile to…
I have an old 190 that has a “reserve” that activated with a lever you pull. It hits rock bottom and starts to sputter and you can pull the lever and like magic more gas. Works great unless you forget to push it back into the regular mode for the next time.
Car Rentals - Costco! Free second driver and you get to choose the best deal regardless of the provider. Often save $30-$50 by booking with them.
As a nearly 1,000,000 mile flyer with United who has been so very disappointed with their recent missteps I applaud their stance on this. This policy sucks full stop.
Amen brother -
After waiting about a month for the M3W to arrive in Portland I am happy to say just how pleased I am with this purchase. I consider myself a Jalop (I own a NB Miata!) and I have owned a lot of weird / old cars along the way. I am a bit sheepish to say that your article was my first real exposure to the Three Wheeler…
Damn you - because of this article I became smitten with the M3W and I was influenced to buy this..
My beloved Oregon is one big oxymorinic mess.
