Well, they created it. 

This was going to be a hard one, because of the regional variations both here and from the Chinese (or Vietnamese, or Laotian, or Thai) immigrants that opened “Chinese” restaurants. Especially considering that the best food at these places is usually a special dish not found at many other restaurants.

Or region in China. :)

The General is not as widely available as you might think. I grew up in SoCal and never saw General Tso’s on the menu. Went to college on the East Coast and it was one of the many things I missed about East coast Chinese restaurants (that and the fact that they would also deliver a pack of smokes if you wanted them).

Now ask that question about all the other TV & cable channels that Warner media is currently distributed on. How does this not cannabilize those streams? I’m guessing this has simply replaced their syndication business, and all new content will continue to premiere via those other distribution channels with a few…
