People are so desperate to feel a little bit powerful in their lives that they’ll break rules to advantage themselves in a virtual game about intelligent silverbacks and morphing robots, that’s why.

They do already, but maybe not quite in the way that you understand. If you leave too many games you get put into a “leavers” queue and only play games with other leavers until your completion rate is high enough again.

Know that I am careful with my wording, but holy shit. This current game release schedule is ridiculous. I have yet to even load my Total War Warhammer!
