It starts a little slow, but starts getting really interesting by the end of Season 1. Then 2 & 3 are awesome. Then the final two seasons are really good as well, though they abandon/leave unfinished the plotline of the first four seasons.

It’s definitely the best sci-fi show of the 21st century.

Weaver alone, will you? (brought to you by Elmer Fudd, back when speech impediments were funny)

The (mostly) realistic portrayal of space physics, save for the engines, is worth it alone.

It’s Sigourney Weaver. She can star in as many as she damn well pleases.

The books were saved, there was a quick cutaway scene at the end of TLJ showing them in a drawer on the Falcon. Yoda didn’t burn them, he was f’ing with Luke as usual.

The Exapanse is easily one of the best hard sci-fi series ever produced. Certainly my favorite. The books are excellent as well. I’m still holding out hope that one day they’ll go back in and finish off the final third of the series.

Yeah, body horror sci fi isnt my cup of tea(no pun intended)but it sounds different enough that I’d like to see it keep going.

Non-binary and other folks looking for better ways to express themselves in society is the opposite of victimhood. It is leadership, community and empathy. Language is constantly evolving and changing. Always has, always will. The movement to make more gender-neutral and equitable term is happening globally across

Don’t make the same mistake this guy did.

Damn this diversity stuff really triggers you huh

Latinum will never get its flowers from anyone I see.

Why doesn’t the A.V. Club give weekly coverage to the X-Men show with the first Latino character in 30 years?

White people did not make up the word Latinx. For that matter, the modern usage of the words Latina and Latino was started in California. Latinx’s usage increased in the aftermath of the Pulse nightclub shooting as non-binary latinx folk used it to describe themselves. While Latinx itself may not be stick around, it

There is not a single origin point for the word LatinX but its roots seem to be in the queer Latino community. It was not, most likely, invented by white people.
