I live in South America, where everyone has brown eyes and brown hair. Somehow I don't think this trick will help me much.

What's worse for me are those videos by people who think of themselves as artists. You have to wait through 5 minutes of slo-mo "establishing" shots overdubbed with overly dramatic music before you can see the 10-second clip that was advertised.
I just gave this a test drive. Works well: nice and easy to transfer photos. You have to have your phone and computer on the same wifi network at the same time. And it may not work if you have a VPN (just turn it off). This isn't a deal breaker for me, but you know...FYI.
It's rare to find a person who has strong opinions (divergent from my own) but who can discuss them dispassionately. Even highly educated people can frequently devolve into emotional shrieking harpies when you say something that they don't agree with.
It strikes me that we are becoming a tad infantile when we invent the profession of "mindfulness teacher" and then nod thoughtfully at the idea of actually paying this person to teach us how to become "mindful". (See also "life coach".)
Love the sound of the pencil being sharpened in this video.
These images don't really work as wallpapers (to my taste, of course). Maybe the turntable and the crayons, but the keychain and coffee? No.
It's OK for anyone, even a non-political blog, to criticize Chavez for his anti-Liberal (in a classic sense) actions. The man aggressively surpressed dissent, often violently. He lionized anti-Liberal leaders like Castro and executioners like Guevara. If you're in favor of a society that tolerates an open expression…
What a stupid sport. Thrice the violence — but none of the class — of boxing.
Dang. A lot of you commenters sure are smug and self-superior, aren't you? Only your worldview is the true path, is that it?
Propping your baby on the gas tank of your motorcycle, or wedging him between two riders, is very common here in Latin America. I recently visited Iquitos, Peru, where 85% of vehicles are some form of motorbike. Whole families ride them at the same time and not a helmet in sight. One strong tap on the brakes and you…
Punching adopted orphans? Whaaaa? Yes, it is pretty horrific that you thought of that.
I wish him well and all, but I think all articles about this young man should begin... "Prince Michael Jackson (who looks NOTHING like his namesake father)...." And I don't mean to read too much into one short quote, but when told he was wise for his age, his rely is "that's what most of my people say." My people? …
How about when you start grinding fish bones as a salt extender/substitute?
That was hilarious?
"When I hang on to dish bones..." Better proofreading, please.
I submit that it's you who have it backwards. LH's masturbatory assumption that NY is the most important place ever (and your erroneous belief that it's the center of the entire freakin world) is the REAL condescension.
Isn't 0600 PM simply inaccurate? 0600 is in the AM; 1800 in the PM.
Hey, El Chingaso, try this for your next session. Cut away the hangar's hook and about 2 inches down each arm. Tie 2, yard-long pieces of dental floss to the hangar, one to each arm. Use your fingers to press the other ends of the dental floss into your ears. Let the hangar hang down in front of you, suspended by the…
