The poll should have a Troll adjustment of +/- 7%. That means so far this one is a perfect 100% CP.

So we both agree Porsche 914 prices are a joke too?

It took  3 minutes for an LS swap comment. Seems about right. Jalopnik is on target this Monday morning.

1,800$ for a relatively clean car that car run on its own power is never going to be CP.

I will give him credit for the job done, but not 15k of credit.

I love Subarus, and this looks like a fun car. This is a build I would buy if it was $5,000 instead of $15,000. CP.

Its Manual.

Seriously? You care that some dumbshit who doesn't know anything about trucks doesn't know about your truck?

I can almost smell this thing through the screen.

150k for a Lincoln. Sedan. In 2018. Wow. Best of luck with that guys.

do tell?

Big time CP. The truck itself is worth around $7000 as a private party sale. I don’t know what the little pop up camper is worth, but I’ll hazard a guess that it ain’t anywhere close to $7500.

I try to only use my powers for the greater good of Jalopdom.

I started reading the article, got so excited about the low miles and nice condition I fogot the initial ask.  I started thinking I might like the car at $7,500 or so.  Then I got the cold shower dose of reality when we came back around to the big, bold, six figure price.  Too much for an old Ford based Jag by

sick 6,000$ car.

If I couldn’t see the front grille or make out the badges, I would easily mistake it for a Hyundai. And not to trash Hyundai at all, but nothing about this car screams premium Euro-ride.

It’s not going to impress people who don’t know cars, and it’s not going to impress people who do know cars. But the warranty is good until 4 years/50k miles and it’s a lot of crossover for $31k. NP

It is hideous, which means no one wants it, which means you could probably get it even cheaper. It’s still a 300+ HP Pony car and probably fun as hell to drive. If everything else checks out somebody could get a really good deal.

Exactly. Everyone is saying its a good deal because it’s clean and in running condition. But with 200k miles, the engine is on it’s way out.

Tough one. One one hand, I love a v8 Miata. On the other hand, old relatively low-power and heavy v8 with a bunch of parts of unknown provenance. Reluctant CP.
