I very much hope this is true. I often have to do a self check with celebrities on the like/dislike scale and have to remind myself that I only see what their PR machine wants me to see. I try to qualify my views in that respect and force myself to recognize what I have no way of knowing.

Worked 3rds at a factory job while in college. SOP was going to the Brass Rail for a liquid lunch at 3am. I was 18 and this was long after everybody (except Louisiana) had upped their age to 21.

I don’t exactly miss it, but for about a 3 month stretch I commuted from almost-PA to NYC via rail.  I would get on, put my bag down and nap for 90 minutes before switching trains at Newark-Penn Station.  If I had to drive the roughly 70mi each day instead of taking the train in to Manhattan my mental health would…
