Almost everything Subaru is in the 1.9-3.9% range for as long as 72mo. in some cases as well. And they’re offering discounts off of MSRP.

The complaints I’ve heard have mostly been from the v6 owners that it was heavy and ate brakes/rotors like they were a mid-morning snack. Having ridden in one, I did find they were comfortable and had decent road manners, yeah.

I would be happy to acquire a Miata and sell it to you for $60k!

I heartily disagreed with you, and then I saw a pic showing the nose.

Look, here’s one for sale. It’s only *checks notes* ONE MILLION DOLLARS.

Nope, the aftermarket detracts, I don’t care who did the work.

This is not a thing I’ve ever actually given any thought, but I don’t disagree.

Never had a chance to utilize a jack point like that.

Looks like for the Ascent they’re still offering 2.9% for 48mo.

Subaru just recently was offering even lower interest rates of 2.9% for 60 or 72mo.

Couple of ways we could go with this I think:

Not even a manual *option*?  I get they’re a dying breed, but that seems like a poor choice from an optics standpoint.

A friend used to have a 1968 Dodge van Family Wagon. So it had a raised roof with hammocks, ice box and some other stuff fitted in the back.

I would attribute it to the same reason that Apple products didn’t/don’t have as much Malware as Windows based units. Much smaller user base makes the cost proposition for the effort involved not there.

Ha! Joke’s on them, I can’t afford anything with Di2 or their equivalents.

Your own two feet.

The meconium one?

Burn it, salt the earth so nothing can ever grow there again, and *then* nuke it from orbit.

Infrastructure, mostly.   We just bought an Outback and EVs didn’t hit our radar because we live in a townhouse and the charging options at home don’t really exist.  I expect this will be our last fully ICE vehicle, but a plug in hybrid or full EV may not be the best answer depending on where we’re living in 7-10

A fine is just the entry fee if you have resources (I.e. money). Jail time is a different kind of punishment, one that might (won’t, but might) give someone pause that wouldn’t notice the loss a fine would incur,
