Uh huh. Ok. Fucking idiot...
I’m not sure if you didn’t get my sarcasm, or if you’re saying progressives *shouldn’t* be calling out establishment supporters when they grossly mischaracterize us in service of their strawman argument.
Don’t you know? They’re all just lazy, Bernie-supporting misogynists. No one else could POSSIBLY be progressive.
Ah! Feels good to dismiss privileged idots!
“But it’s one fucking day every two years.”
After revisiting the show today, Santos is probably the only character with which I can politically identify.
I love how both you and Calvinballer... want to villify people for being kept away from primary polls structurally, which is the author’s fucking point.
And again, I reject the assertion you continue to make that, in the two cases you’ve pointed to, the motivations you’ve given are known as accurate, no matter what the public would like to tell themselves to justify their conclusions. I also reject any claim that these two people’s motivations can be essentialized…

Believe it or not, there really IS quite a bit of literature concerning racial passing. Here’s the Wikipedia page for the subject:
This is the correct PNW (Vancouver) take.
It feels like that because it is that.
“Forget all the two-way player stuff for a second and just think about what it means for a 23-year-old rookie pitcher to be in possession of this menu of pitches and to have this kind of control over all of them.”
Uhhhhhh...
Still waiting for my Community movie, but the Nine-Nine deserves one too!
No, it’s really bad. Because, on top of everything else that’s wrong with it on the racism front, its premise isn’t even true:
“The kind of language expressed in the tweets, even in an allegedly joking manner, is reckless and irresponsible. It potentially puts at risk those who have taken an oath to uphold the law and protect public safety,” she said.
The pain is real. None of us will ever bounce back, probably.
What?! If true, this is INSANE!
You’re right that this was an honest mistake and I hope others are glad you’ve corrected it...
