There’s just not enough justice in the world that people are able to get away with this sort of mistreatment. Nothing makes me more furious (I mean, other than like murder, but you get the gist).

This is accurate. I’ve been down sort of an Alabama rabbit hole the last few days listening to White Lies (podcast), and listening to a story about how the Democratic governor was elected. There were lots of people prepared to vote for a child molester over the D candidate just because there was an R next to his name.

We used to have a pretty good guy priest in my area, and he was successful at it, like could have been a cardinal eventually. But they basically drove him into the ground and he married some lady and moved to France for her. It was awesome, and the church around here is piiiiiissed.
