Monsters, Inc. is Pixar! It’s actually my favorite (unpopular opinion), but I loved the idea of monsters being *real*, and the artistic direction was incredible. The doors were all unique! And the monsters are just hysterical.
Interesting. I love Ratatouille because I love the food. Wall-E is great because they make you care about a cockroach and robots. You should watch Up in its entirety, it really is one of the best, but Coco is by far my favorite on this list. The ending always gets me! I was just openly weeping the first time I watched…

Oh I have no doubt that this will be great. I just want to give some time for the new actors to solidify in my mind. If I concentrate, I can still hear the others over their voices, since it is so similar.

Here’s a link, but butter lettuce is just naturally a very soft, sweet lettuce head. It’s usually sold on it’s root ball, so it remains fresh as long as possible, so there’s still a good snap to it. Honestly good just by itself with a light dressing.
I’m about to make an iceberg salad with blue cheese, walnuts, bacon, and a light vinaigrette. I recently made the switch to iceberg from romaine. (Though butter lettuce is still the best thing ever.) No ragrets.
You can even re-use the bag if it isn’t that dirty! Just don’t knot it at the top, dump it, then take it back for use. It’s not that hard!

This is a big dish with our family in Texas as well. Core family sort of stopped making it in recent years, we’ve all wised up a bit diet wise, but I have strong memories of this as a child.
