You should make a crown for yourself.

Fitocracy is nice for the social aspect. I use runkeeper for fitness tracking (which ports over to fitocracy anyway, so there you go). Two years ago I was a can't-run-to -the-end-of-the-block-fuck-this kind of person. Both programs helped me stick with it.

Texas can do it, but they lose their Federal funding.

My wife got the dvd set for Wonderfalls this Christmas.

Just finished Cold Days...Dresden is, right now, the only series I run out and buy the moment I hear a new one is available.

All Powerful Heroes suck more because they're never allowed to do anything. Villains can be all powerful and destroy planets, Superman isn't even allowed to hit people.

Licking the sweet tears off his face. You're right, that was awesomely evil.

Nice. Congratulations!

I got a cold weather running jacket and a sticker for my car that says 13.1...which is weird because my car gets around 30 mpg. Must be for a truck or luxury sedan.

My year in gaming: by a 40 year old father of three.

Olives work too

Lot's of stupid people out there, amiright? (=

So who says otherwise? As I said, they can sell it for whatever they like. I'm not buying it at that price. Result? They sell fewer units but at a higher price. I will pay 500 for an iPad. I will buy new games for full retail (sometimes). Bioshock 1 and 2 were a 5 dollar downloadable bundle today on

They can charge whatever they please, I'm not buying it at that price point. If it was 5 dollars, maybe. I'm not meaning to sound, as you say, entitled. It's an old game, it has kicked around several platforms, 5 dollars is what I think it's worth.

I've got kids too...little girls. We don't even turn on the tv in our house aside from the occassional Phineas & Ferb, no way am I playing a shooter while they're awake.

That is absolutely ridiculous. Consider this: you're paying a ridiculous amount to play an old game right away. Wait a few months, wait for a special, just flat out refuse to buy an old game for 16 dollars. Making this purchase sets a terrible precedence, ensuring that older games will fetch higher prices, and

I help bugs out of my house when I find them. I play shooter games. And yes, there are games I've turned off and not returned to because I considered them to be too violent, just as I've turned off movies and tv shows. I don't enjoy killing in video games just for the sake of killing.

Absolutely. Two eggs over easy, sometimes on a bean burrito with siraccha. Coffee.

Interesting. Anyone in your circle in a relationship or married?
