I was developing acid reflux and my doctor advised me to stop eating after 6pm, then wanted to put me on some medication. I stopped eating after 6 and left his pills at the pharmacy. It worked. I know 6 is early, but we have little kids and so we eat early anyway. It's unusual for us to be up past 10:30.
