I have a 5k race tomorrow in 30 degree weather, and I'll be dressed as Santa...along with 1,300 other people dressed as Santa. After that I'd like to play some Skyrim, but seeing as I'm having such a surreal start to the weekend, who knows where I'll end up.

Zelda was a rental for me, so I can go back at a later time if I choose to. But it would be quite a while before I do that, I have Skyrim, Batman, and maybe (MAYBE) one more run through of Mass Effect 2 before ME3.

I never got to a volcano dungeon. I stopped playing when I was having to search for those raccoon plant things. I've unhooked the Wii again, and do not plan to try again. I found it tedious and the controls awkward. A shame, because I loved Wind Waker and really enjoyed Twilight Princess.

That, and when you're reviewing episodes it actually starts playing in the background. It's pretty disorienting.

I've had my little girl smirk at me when she gets me mad, and boy, it makes you want to pick them up and fling them across the room. Not acceptable, so instead I watched some behavioral lecture (Magic 1-2-3) that basically said if I get angry, then she won. It's all about control and if they can cause you to lose

I meant actually estimating the size it would be. Little planet just doesn't appeal as much to me as "it's 200 times the size of Earth!"

Netflix, okay...I like the update except for one major annoyance. When you're browsing movies/shows, it changes from the "dvd cover" to an image of the movie/show. To me it is extremely disorienting; it is almost like the thing I was looking at has vanished. This is going to take some getting used to.

I like long comments, no worries. I am a mage, heavily into illusion/alteration/conjuration. Dabbling in restoration and destruction. What's made the difference for me was last night I got myself a companion. Companions are great, they take the hit for you and meanwhile I'm conjuring atronarchs and casting soul

Has anyone brought up the size of this "ship"? It's fricking huge!

Okay.

Stoneskin and Muffle. I like being quiet in dungeons

I'm having a hard time playing as the mage. Juggling spells gets confusing, and knowing what effects are in place is bothersome. Is there any way of having something on the screen (for consoles) that tells me what I've got active? For things like stoneskin, it's kind of important that I know it's on.

Skyrim, I'm level 20 and haven't started the main quest yet. I think that if you don't fight the first dragon you don't run into other dragons, right? At least, I haven't. Kind of nice to run around Skyrim this way.

You might be having complications from dehydration. And I'm no doctor.

You put 60 hours into a game and you're complaining it's a bit repetitive?!?

I think it's a good way to play. These games always drop you into the action like you've just been thawed from ice like Buck Rogers or something, but in truth your character has reached adulthood in this world, they should be somewhat established in life before starting the quest. I mean, what were you, a coma

Skyrim! I spent an hour in the Mages College walking in circles, sneaking and casting muffle repeatedly, while my peers slept soundly in their rooms. It was ridiculous to watch, yet incredibly satisfying. I really enjoy improving skills...haven't even fought my first dragon yet.

Well, it's still quite popular. I like it. I'm a season behind but I still like it.

I liked the other trailer more. This one too action-oriented, and unfortunate in the use of John Carter. He gives off a slight Bill-n-Ted vibe. "Whoah, I'm on Mars. Whoah, big giant alien polar bear. Whoah, several thousand alien warriors attacking me."

I went past the Best Buy in Mesquite, TX at 7am this morning (wednesday!) and there were already three tents out front. So no, not 12 hours. And had they just arrived? Somehow, I doubt it.
