Nope. Human (and other ape) ancestors being monkeys makes humans cladisticly monkeys.

I haven’t come across any recent literature that agrees with your assertion that humans and apes are not monkeys. Do you have any support for your claim?

Nope. Humans, apes, and monkeys are all primates, but humans (and other apes) are most definitely are not in the same scientific categorization as monkeys. Great apes, yes, monkeys, no.
