I had a friend looking at a 600 just this weekend. I think he bought it to go along with his red 320 (with 27K on it).

How sad is it that my reaction to this was “Yeah, that sounds about right for United Healthcare.” It is like pulling teeth to get them to pay for anything. I had to get several MRIs a few years ago and I had to get put in the hospital for a week just to get a 20-minute test.

The Pontiac Air Force Ambulance, the one that carried Kennedy from Air Force One to the Naval Hospital was crushed. Also the Casket that Kennedy was in from Dallas to the Naval hospital was drilled with holes,filled with weights,  taken out into the ocean and sunk in deep sea.

And why does a freakin’ heavy icebreaker cost the US government over $1 billion to build? And we get one of inferior quality. The Polar class have gas turbine engines; why?? Diesels seem to work well elsewhere. Or we could use nuclear plants like the Russians... and simply melt our way through the ice.

Icebreakers are not as sexy aircraft carriers or Zumwalts. They are the A-10 of the navy ships.

Good luck with that. Every time Washington gets close, something distracts them and the money goes elsewhere.

Yup. If they cannot care enough to do the simple things, then why should we believe that the harder things are properly maintained?
