I’d love to believe that somebody at Fox was self aware enough to pull that off but I have my doubts

Maybe she’s just one of those ladies who’s all like “Well I can have an abortion because I’m responsible enough not to abuse the privilege, but these other bitches...naw.”

That’s been standard human behavior since the dawn of time. Protect the family/clan/tribe, fight the “Other”. That’s why we see so many dudes have their feminism “come to Jesus” moment when they have a daughter. it’s like a switch flips and suddenly they realize that this shit now affects them.

Wow. Context, child. Please read again... And if you won’t listen to what the other posters said about your own out of context partial quote, and you don’t know what Game of Thrones is, then you’ll also need a refresher course on current pop culture as well. I think you left the outrage machine running a little too

Yeah. I feel like she might be one of those people who says, “not for me - except in these circumstances - and I don’t love it for anyone else but...”

Bingo. It was so weird to actually SEE cognitive dissonance at work.

The quote is referencing a literal dwarf, the imaginary creature popular in fantasy stories like Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings.

I think that is the case with a lot of people. They trust people that are in their group or they know and mistrust anyone not in their group or they don't know. I can see how hat extends to social services and to people you don't know.

Someday one (or both) of those two will leave that network on unfriendly terms and write a book about their time there.. I will read said book, and likely enjoy it thoroughly.

Megyn and Shep (mostly Shep, I’ll be honest) are certainly guilty by association, and the horrible shit that comes out of their mouths from time to time is hard to take, because deep down I don’t buy that these motherfuckers actually believe it. They’re just salesmen selling crap to gullible fucking people.

I know Bill Maher is a touchy subject ‘round these parts but when he nails something, he nails it.

Her one on one feminism reminds me of a conversation I had with a GOP friend, who’s anti-union, anti-welfare, etc. Long story short, he understood the necessity of a social safety net when it’s applied to people who he knows; he just doesn’t trust everybody else to use it appropriately.

Iron Man’s Jarvis? It’s weird that you would assume that after reading the article.

The fact that she’s so hush-hush about her opinion on abortion makes me think she’s pro-choice. Why wouldn’t she be all over that if she was anti-choice?

Well written!

I think it was a quote from Bill Maher?

No. Bill Maher did.

No.

Late ‘90s, 16 year old me: “LETS DO A BURNOUT, IN REVERSE!” .... *drops clutch, reverse gear shatters into pieces* lol

Oh that poor Dodge Shadow Turbo..... Drove it for another 8 months with no reverse gear... just had to find a pull thru spot in a parking lot or park on the street for the most part. Did have to push

Manual Blondicks.
