Right? That’s something that should have been caught immediately. Especially with that tagline. That just draws attention to the problem.

Excellent point. It reminds me of last night when I saw this ad. All the characters are painted fingers and about halfway through the ad, I realized they were all white. Ironically enough, the end of the ad announced it was for Android and the tagline was ‘be together. not the same’. Is the lack of diversity the joke…

That’s what struck me. She missed way more than one note. Adele at least knows when she fucks up (which was clearly not her fault), and she owns it.

Have you looked at their online selection? I’ve only ever bought some (really great fitting) leggings from the physical store, but 1/2 my wardrobe is now from the online store - any anything I didn’t like I can easily return at the local store.

I recently found great makeup brushes and a phone case for about 1/2 was I was willing to spend using this trick. Some stuff just doesn’t show up when you are using their search criteria.

I agree. I recently discovered that Nordstrom Rack has an amazing selection of plus size clothing, so that has become my new go-to. Good prices (most items are in the $20 - $50 range) and cute stuff!

I just checked my DVR and it’s airing at 8pm EST. I think the red carpet crap starts super early but not the actual thing. They have a lot of awards to hand out and I know they do 90% of them before the aired show (because it’s about the performances, not the awards).

OK GO isn’t attached to a label anymore. They created their own and are entirely independent. It’s why they are able to do this kind of thing.

I was guilty of this for yeeeeeeeeeaaars (I mean, I knew I was spelling it wrong, but I couldn’t remember the correct spelling) until about three years ago I finally realized I could remember it by thinking of it as “ de - finite - ly”. Haven’t spelled it incorrectly since.
