Yes, but in Germany the parents absolutely have a right to decide where they send their kids to school. They can choose any state school free of charge and if they want religious content they can also choose a private school, but then they'll have to pay.

I am an incredibly fast drinker, when I drink socially. If I don't watch myself I can easily drink triple the amount my friends are drinking at the same time. That's why I usually get my beer, chuck it down and then wait for my friends to finish theirs before I order more.
