French fries are the devil.
Spot on. While I wouldn’t call Joe Rogan an idiot, he is not smart enough to discuss many of the things he tries to discuss on his show, and he doesn’t realize his meathead bro statements are taken as facts by many of his listeners. He should leave those discussions to his much smarter acolyte Lex Fridman.
If there is ever a Star Wars game where you can build and fly your own custom ships and roam the galaxy in virtual reality just plug me into the Matrix with a feeding tube for the rest of my life.
I’m Dominican, and even Dominicans are racist against black Dominicans thanks to deeply entrenched Colonialist attitudes which persist to this day. The world is messed up.
Blah.
All you need to know about Kanye is that he was too weird for this dude—
His name is Oscar Isaac Hernandez. His agents suggested he drop the Hernandez as to not be limited by casting people.
Dr. Malone is a butthurt scientist who did some of the earliest research on MRNA technology, claiming he invented the vaccines when he was just one of many people responsible. Now he’s trying to discredit them out of spite for not being recognized and not getting a payout. “I’m not a doctor. I’m a fucking moron.” -…
I’m assuming it has something to do with him reclaiming sovereignty for the Tuskens.
My wife calls this “The Book of Joe Rogan”, because of Temuera’s resemblance.
Saget very recently had a bout with Covid, and joked wether he had Delta or Omicron. Omicron apparently raises your d-dimer levels higher than machines can measure (it’s a blood clot indicator). It’s believed he had a stroke or heart attack so Saget’s death may be a harbinger of other post Covid/Omicron deaths to…
The guys who ran Action Park would have had a field day with this one.
Not the movie version. Had to look it up but I guess it’s kind of the plot of the novel, which I never read.
This ending felt right to me. I personally thought Angela was going to let Dexter go once she found evidence of Kurt’s crimes going into this episode but overall satisfied with how it played out. Only detail that felt off was Angela letting Harrison go so abruptly. She didn’t seem like a character prone to snap…
Not a reach. It’s pretty obvious. And I found this scene by typing ‘In the heat of the night gay’ into youtube and it was the first clip that showed up, so I’m clearly not the first person to understand the subtext of this moment.
Watch this scene in the house and tell me their isn’t something being suggested here. Rod Steiger’s character is clearly sending out a feeler in some of his dialogue. Poitier doesn’t reciprocate but he catches on.
That movie also had some very buried gay subtext I doubt few at the time picked up on. The scene between Steiger and Poitier in the house has a few suggestive lines and repressed sexual tension.
They are releasing 3 at first, then the rest weekly, as is de rigueur these days.
Kurt’s plan was dumb, but Kurt always came across as kind of dumb to be honest. He had a blunt and brazen approach and hid in plain sight most of the time. Dexter has been out of practice so he probably wouldn’t have been up to taking down a wilier antagonist. A stupid but physically intimidating villain with a lot of…
