LOVED The Witch of Blackird Pond! Plus, as I posted down below, anything by Norma Klein. I loved how frank she was

No, I get that he goes off the rails toward the end, but I really thought he nailed it with the whole media/political establishment that has become something of a dinosaur and now that Harvey’s empire has been pretty much weakened by this, the chickens are coming home to roost.
Worth a read. Sums it all up
Thank you!!!! Me too. Bugged the shit out of me. It helped to sell the fi, but it was so anachronistic it made me want to scream
As an American expat living in Europe for almost 20 years I want to star this a billion times.
I lived in NYC during this period - and in fact I have exceptionally fond memories of the city in ‘86 - so be rest assured that I will watch the hell out of this show. Unless it ends up becoming an anachronistic shitshow, in which I will just stick to my memories of when NYC felt like it was on steroids.
I follow Allison on FB and read her memoir a few years ago. I absolutely love her. One of the very few celebrities I’ve ever wanted to meet. And I love how she and Melissa Gilbert became besties on the set of Little House
