Again, the issue isn’t the content per se - it’s to undermine the argument of Epic that they operating in good faith and competently.  If Apple can prove that Epic is not, then they have a much smaller hurdle to win.

Part of it is accountability. If I download an app on Google Play, then I expect that the owner of the store, Google, to have deemed it to be safe. In that sense, it’s like going to a department store.

My brother entered the military and able to pay for his PhD thanks to that, have a stable career working in the research and development of vaccines, therapies, and treatments for a variety of illnesses that you won’t see most civilian facilities bother…
