Hyundai Genesis 5.0 or 5.0 R Spec is what he’s looking for.

Ok cool, we get it. You own a Ford. You do realize that Uconnect is nearly unanimously praised right?

Catalytic converters use platinum and/or other expensive metals as the catalysts. Call and price one for your car. Sit down first.

Discuss.

If the chassis, suspension, most of the driveline and the body structure is all or nearly identical, it’s not a new car, it’s a refresh. You have to commend Dodge for being able to keep a very old car as fresh looking and feeling as it is with two refreshes (2011, 2015). That said, it’s the same platform. When Ford

Sold my 445K mile Golf TDI last summer and got this 2007 Mercury with 38K miles when I bought it, 42.5K currently. Yes, it’s a Grandma car, so go ahead and laugh. After all, you can’t spell “Grand Marquis” without “GrandMa”.

The only proper solution is mounting the wheel on the roof:

I too own a 2005 Acura. I expect to get many more years out of it. Its a TL 6mt, and I love it.

There’s a little Al Gore invents the internet in Jerry’s story. That reminds me of at the library in the 1970s I asked the librarian for a book (which was lost), she called around and remarked to me “it would be great if our card catalogue was connected to other libraries”

XLT isn’t bottom of the barrel. And even still the interior design is still the same across the model range.

those are the break-points that matter to people in this class given that many are looking at certain classes of boats or camper trailers and need that extra capacity or at least some leeway on the top end. Truthfully if I had a loaded trailer that weighed 7000 lbs I’d feel better with a 9000 lbs capacity vehicle over

I don’t know if I’m a sucker for punishment, but staying there through the winter sounds awesome.

GMC seems to be marketing to the high end market where nobody’s hauling shit in the bed but they might pull a boat on the weekends. Say what you will about that strategy it sure seems to be making them money.

As a Ford owner, I’m pretty sure Ford is kicking themselves for not coming up with this feature before; it seems pretty brilliant to me.

With that said, a) the tailgate, if stolen, will cost a TON to replace (and it’s a lot more common than people realize) and b) $10 says there’ll be a bunch of complaints about squeaky

Toyota won’t give it more power, and won’t let Subaru either. The Miata is what, 400lbs lighter? It’ll run circles. And even the Miata’s current 155hp engine has basically the same torque as the FRS but peak is available 2000rpm lower than the FRS.

Spark plugs and air filters. Easy to change on most cars, the parts are relatively cheap, and the dealership markup to do the job is insane.

I’ll go with the last good looking Civic in its best form.

I’m with you. The Audis look much better than the majority of their competition. Every manufacturer is trying to make their cars look way too aggressive, and they are giving up good lines and cohesive design in the process.

German automakers do stock wheels really well. Of the modern examples, I love the M4 GTS wheels the most.

Why? To sell a car that was never intended to be moved in large numbers even before the first unit hit the US?
