The exhaust is definitely worth it, but save the MagnaRide money and get Konis or some other quality dampers. Despite what the article says, the MagnaRide in the base program is NOT the same as the Shelby, unfortunately. The active exhaust is super cool, though. I can leave it on loud most of the time (because I’m a

Not quite. Different transmission, different suspension (no, the MagnaRide is not the same as in the Shelby), different fascias, and all the bodywork ahead of the firewall is specific to the Shelby. Shockingly different cars to drive. Also, they had different vehicle dynamics teams, which mean the driving experience

No, but I’m sure it has plenty of other quirks and features.

Different target audiences. The Sequoia is best for basic trails and suburban people hauling.

I believe the Durango had a larger trans cooler

If the Viper ACR ever went to school, it’d be that one older brother that if it stood up during lunch, every other car would be all “oh fuck” and hunker down avoiding eye contact at all cost.

I don’t care what anyone says, this is the greatest time to be a car enthusiast. Right now. It has never been as good as this. The amount of variety, performance and luxury available is absolutely incredible. 800+hp Challengers. 700+hp Grand Cherokees. 700+hp Shelby Mustangs. 700+hp Corvettes. All with factory

Meet Espresso Black, the perfect blend of black and brown!

I had a “jade black” E55 AMG estate. hard to see it in this pic, but in the sunlight, fuck.

Always love me a colour that looks like black from far away but when you look up close it’s a deep shade of blue or green or whatever.

The 4.6 isn’t really a bad motor per se, it’s just that it doesn’t make a lot of horsepower, or torque, and it’s physically very big. Overall it’s just not a good engine swap candidate, especially when you can get a car with equal or more hp/torque for a good price and without the hassle of swapping an engine.

Cobra Sofa is always the answer:

I’ve always been partial to these:

No T-Bird, Mustang, or Crown Vic? How about a Mark VIII?

Android Auto and Apple Carplay really should be ubiquitous at this point. Outside of luxury cars, there’s really no reason for manufacturers to continue trying to design infotainment systems. Nothing besides the Tesla Model S, Mercedes S Class, and the like are as quick and responsive as a cell phone.

Looks like someone from Infiniti went to a Mazda dealership and was like “Aww man, these are beautiful. We should just build these!”

I’m laaaaaughing my ass off, Collins. CUVs, generally, as “baby strollers for adults” is probably second only to Charlie Brooker’s description of Macs as “glorified Fisher-Price activity centres for adults” in my affection as far as descriptions of consumer products go. Well done.
