I’m going to do it. I’m going to be a stats truther. Russ’s rebounding numbers are empty stats-padding.

yeah, if they’re good with 45-win seasons and not going anywhere in the playoffs but having Westbrook get a bunch of triple doubles, he can keep this going for sure.
I was having this conversation with my buddy last week: do think he will do this again next season? I mean it’s not like he’s going to dial it back, right? We concluded that unless the Thunder bring in someone truly marquee, which is unlikely, this will just keep going.
Please, I had my life in the hands of butterbar lieutenants who came straight from community college ROTC who didn’t know the difference between a corporal and a specialist. I had to babysit way too many officers who half pissed themselves before we ever got outside the wire, and then begged for combat action badges…
the mewling patrician atmosphere of tennis obscures what is a really fun sport otherwise
Big deal, I grow 2 inches every time Deadspin posts an article on women’s MMA
What’s he been doing in the past year? Apparently this...
1/ We want people to ice down their war boners.
Syria is in civil war. Assad is the not the only guy killing. There are no good guys in this fight. It is sad. But we can’t do anything militarily to make it better. Trump’s 58 missiles will probably make things a lot worse.
I’ve been just as confused by the positive response across the board. Many people are arguing that Clinton would have done the same thing as a way to show that the strike is justified or whatever. But the truth is, Clinton would have been just as wrong to have preformed this action as Trump.
Watching Rachel fucking Maddow, of all people, applaud the airstrikes last night was fucking appalling.
Lol not at all man that’s just how it goes. Michael did the same thing to the eastern conference in the 90's. Circle of life.
This is a hard one to parse. From the looks of things most people around here are feeling relieved that something, anything is finally being done to stand up to Assad in defense of the Syrian people, while at the same time being trepidatious about Trump and his motives. I suppose I’m in the same category.
Highly irritated. He looks like someone outta touch with the reality of what’s going on, and would give the impression that he/most of this the administration, lacks any credibility to lead. Though, I am shocked no one briefed him on situation attire.
The “red line” speech still stands as one of my greatest disappointments for the Obama administration, but seeing this gives me, at best, mixed feelings. The utter cynic in me sees this as a means to justify the increased defense budget, as well as a chance to misdirect from the Russia investigation and, in what I can…
how many guys aren’t wearing headgear? that would be unusual in itself, but I think I also see two or three generations of camo. This looks more like a hollywood chucklefuck than the real thing to me. (7th ID(L) - closed down because “we don’t need infantry”)
Not military but I’d take Kusher over the anti-Christ... I mean Bannon
Honestly at face value I would have hated it while I was still in. It is unlikely but entirely possible that he is being respectful and attempting to learn about something he has no knowledge of but is tasked with.
Welcome to 2017 where working at a strip club, or as an escort, is equivalent to working at Arby’s. That’s right, they’re all perfectly legal. I imagine that was Patrick’s point. (As long as the men aren’t married and they don’t eat dinner unchaperoned. Right Mother?)
Okay, so it seems like once again us trans individuals are left aside. I don’t see any mention of gender identity or expression which is very disheartening.
