I got a good 10 hours into Bowser's Inside Story. It's much, MUCH better than Partners in Time, I highly recommend it. It brings back the exploration elements from Superstar Saga, and the writing is a lot better than Partners In Time's.

I finished Mario & Luigi : Partners in Time yesterday. Man that last boss was a pain in the ass. It wasn't even particularly hard, it just took forever to expose the weak spot. The whole battle must have lasted about an hour, most of which was spent doing the same stuff over and over again.

This is not related to videogames, but any music fans went record-shopping for Record Store Day, yesterday? Did you manage to snag some good stuff?

I spent 60$ on Hunted : The Demon Forge on release day. The previews looked so promising, and I'm a huge co-op gamer, "This can't go wrong!", I told myself.

I guess it all depends on how you organize your free time. I personally think portable consoles are a better fit for JRPGs, because it's a genre that doesn't require a lot of advanced tech to be relevant and fun, and also because they tend to be very engrossing, so it's nice to be able to play on the go.

Why is that a problem? A good game is a good game, regardless of platform.

Not to mention, soul-crushing difficulty :-P

I never finished Chrono Cross, nor Persona 4, and they're two of my favorite games ever... I think the main reason is because I'd have to start over to get into them, and I don't feel like retreading the 30-ish hours I put into them :-/

The last scene with the striders is a real bitch, I was never able to finish it :-(

I just received an external battery pack for PSP, ordered from Dealextreme.com. It's a tiny bit different from the one pictured on the website, but still good-looking. It really fits with the PSP's design.

I pre-ordered it online just to avoid dealing with Gamestop employees :-D

Anyone still plays the original Guild Wars? I've been meaning to get back into it, but solo play isn't especially fun, and most guilds are either too small or require too much commitment on the PvP side (which I'm not too fond of).

I love Perfume so much, I hope this means a new album is coming soon!
