I purposely took a job (in my thirties) that underpays me because I get massive amounts of vacation. I have enough money to pay my bills and the equivalent of three months of vacation. If someone offered me an additional 50,000 (over double my pay) in exchange for working year round I’d gladly tell them to fuck off.
