Even now, the knowledge of other races—especially Native Americans—is very scarce in Japan. It probably just didn’t occur to the developers. The localization team probably noticed it, and while it was planned to remove it, it slipped through into marketing materials.

Hey remember when NISA’s version of Ar Tonelico II actually completely froze the game if a certain boss character got to its third turn? And Mana Khemia 2 when the entire game froze when you opened your mission log as the heroine during the epilogue?
