I read somewhere that the engine makes a lot more HP but that the engineers from Mclaren and Honda don’t talk to each other therefore the engines have a lot of problems working with the chassis e.g. The engine doesn’t have proper cooling thus it has to be toned down.

So what’s the part that makes it slow?
