Somebody's got to.
Somebody's got to.
Wait, so is there an actual sex scene in the book, too? I only read the first one, but thought it was too YA and Christian-y to have Tris and Four do the deed.
Living Taillights
I hope the cars, high tech and gadget-ridden as they are, just drove themselves away. Like the article says, they were just gonna get blown up anyway. They can't all be that car in Goldeneye, or whichever one Bond boned in that one time.
I think its greatest sin is that it's so boring. Nashville needs a Kimberly Shaw, like pronto.
I won't be telling you how I've evaluated this comment.
Man, I so want to hate this, but rooting against Angela Bassett feels unnatural to me.
You didn't happen to go to one in Manhattan in the late 80s, did you? Did you have a Charlie Brown bedsheet for naptime? If so, we were best friends. And you were my first love.
Don't feel bad. One of the best things about books is that you don't have to worry about inadvertently running into spoilers wherever you go. You take your time with those older books, my friend!
I'm right in the middle of the Best American Short Stories anthology for 2013, and literally just finished Saunders' Semplica-Girl Diaries a few minutes ago (what? me? work?) so I can only see David Anthony's Saunders collection shout-out as a sign from the universe to explore more of his work.
Her husband was some piece of work, wasn't he? You don't want to catch yourself judging someone going through such unimaginable grief, but he came out of that documentary looking completely unsympathetic.
Yes to both of your questions. SPE covers both the film and TV side. I work for a Sony subsidiary that fortunately isn't under the same umbrella, but I'm not sure if Ultraviolet is under SPE or on the more tech-y side of the company.
Why don't ultra powerful hackers ever go after companies like Sallie Mae? There isn't a single hacker out there with student loan debt who can set everyone's account balances to $0??
"Love Me or Leave Me" is definitely somewhere up there for me.
Speaking of Liz Garbus, has anyone else seen There's Something Wrong with Aunt Diane? I watched it several times when it was part of HBO's documentary series, and still haven't figured out why I find such a heartbreaking tragedy so fascinating. But I also voluntarily watched Dear Zachary last night despite knowing…
I'd give the gift of Octavia Butler's works. A teeny, tiny book featuring a novella and a short story (both outstanding) was released this year, so I say she counts as a 2014 gift. I hadn't really heard of her until last year (I know, I know), but she became one of my favorite authors the moment I read the title story…
Yeah, couldn't tell if Zoe just got completely written out of the show or not.
I initially read this as "Christian Bale" and was so confused for so many reasons.
As someone who does work for Sony, I couldn't agree more. :(
"Queer Duck! He is a hetero! Queer Duck! What could be better-oh!"
