@The_Hellraiser: No. I pay roughly $41,5/month total for my subscription with unlimited Internet traffic at full speed (Only 3G). Calls are $0,075/minute, $0,1 per SMS (text message), $0,3 per MMS. Norway has no tethering limitation, or any limitations at all as far as I know, unlike the USA.

I also found my clicks to be much faster when I lifted my hand off of the mouse and simply held it above, finger touching the button, rather than resting my palm on the mouse itself.
