Hi Corina. I know that site. The chargers are good, the main feature of the Goal Zero is that the charger is in fact smaller then most. If I had to guess, probably by 10%.

SeventhReign. 2,600 mAh chargers usually have only a 1A output port and that is OK for most phones. If you are saying that your M8 only stopped loosing power, I would suspect that the charger was not very good and maybe it had an 0.5 A port and that would make it not a charger but emergency battery.
