I have few strong feelings on Diablo Cody other than WHERE IS MY SWEET VALLEY HIGH MOVIE ALREADY. Because she was supposedly working on that.

Yeah, I like the musical but was not very interested in this until I saw the images of Baranski, who I fully expect to be the most fabulous wicked stepmother ever.
@avclub-2c6d7f23f661010f5b0c2fa53517c29d:disqus Singing opponents into bogs is an awesome superpower, whether the opponents are turned into bogs (my first interpretation) or are merely transported into the nearest bog (more likely, since you mention strategically placed bogs). Either way, I am totally on board with…
I'd just like to say that one of my favorite things in this world is how O'Neal writes about British people.
I'd separate Amanda Palmer from the Dresden Dolls, because their New Years Eve concert a few years back was fantastic, I enjoy their music, and they are clearly both talented… but Amanda Palmer already annoyed the shit out of me before the whole lets-not-pay-musicians debacle and it only went downhill from there.
But isn't illicit loving basically what foxholes are for? Surely he got some!
I'm predicting that Jesse will find out about Brock at least, and kill Walt right before the full force of the DEA arrives. That way, everyone sort of wins and sort of loses:
Cryptonomicon could be awesome as a series. And Reamde… well frankly I didn't like it that much because as a novel it just felt like it would rather be an action movie. I think it would have been more honest for Stephenson to just write it as a screenplay in the first place.
GONNA BRING THE FLAVOR, SHOW YOU HOW!
I didn't see it, but is it worse than… the Ringer boat scene?!!?

"In another life, I would make you stay… so I don't have to say you were the one that got away…"
I was surprised to see it on this list. I watched the first couple episodes and it seemed fairly terrible, but maybe it gets better? I'm guessing no.
We have a Christmas pickle; I think we even got it from some Germans!
I just couldn't imagine O'Neal letting anyone else handle a Bieber newswire. It would be like if someone else wrote a newswire about British children being upset by movies.
@avclub-7485b644403627612cc11d3e80ffa907:disqus I'd just like to say that the prospect of the Tommy Hilfiger event horizon is terrifying.
I had a boss whose ex-wife (that he had kids with) married his brother. That doesn't work out so good.
Adventures of Robin Hood is my answer for this AVQ&A. Spectacular. And awesome music as well. I love it enough that it's made me unable to really accept any other takes on the Robin Hood story, which is sort of problematic…
Still no Taco Bell in Demolition Man?!
Yes to Taco Bell in Demolition Man.
I have never actually seen Venture Bros but I definitely will now - that was awesome. I was also 14 and just starting to actively listen to music. My sister was in college and had This is Hardcore and Different Class, and when I got a music store gift certificate for my birthday I used it to buy His 'n' Hers. I fell…
