Most often with the flash. It's annoying. I enjoy restaurants that are quiet. I like to enjoy good conversation with few distractions. It is annoying when people are getting up and moving around the table, talking loud, etc.

It's an ergonomics thing. The command key is in such a better place to be able to hit it simultaneously with other keys than is the control key.

We haven't really had true freedom in a very long time. Ever since people learned to vote for the politician that would take away from one group and give it to the ones that voted for them, true freedom has been a fantasy.

There are lots of places where free speech rights do not exist.

The government has always had vast powers for the purpose of public safety issues. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that riots count as "ensuring public safety."

I would not go so far as to say that it's ok, but it would not be illegal or violate the constitution.
