I thought the same thing. Seems like it would be a state issue, but the courts have ruled on all kinds of things based on the interstate commerce clause of the constitution.

More importantly, isn't it time that the states and the fed simply learn to get along with less?

The online retailers that already charge sales tax always charge me the sales tax rates that are at the shipping address.

No, I used to work at a theater while I was in college. It was with a small time, two screen Carmike theater in Tennessee.

What about this?

One of the things I would like to know is if they have increased the screen resolution from the original nook.

The fact that the theaters don't really care about these things is why I don't really go to theaters anymore.

Agreed. I know that the new bulbs need to be made compatible with the existing lamps, etc but I have not heard of anyone stating that there are going to be new lamp technologies that really take advantage of all of what the new LED bulbs have to offer.

I do agree with him, but I also think it's fairly stupid for atheists to make such bold proclamations.

Well, two things about this:

There are plenty of us that do just that. In fact, I would argue that the vast majority of us do.

Also, the reasons don't matter when you're a VP because you control all the variables.

I was averaging about 40-44 MPG most of the time. It was a heavy bike.

I wish that were true in my case.

But then there would be gravy and bacon grease on the screen. Ick.

Because they're forcing people to buy it, right?

I remember that I made a conscious decision around 8th grade to stop using cursive because of how inefficient it was and how hard to read I found it to be.

That's my favorite line (paraphrased) from Men In Black.

Since they're all flash animated ads, I got tired of the fans kicking in every single time I visited this site, so I finally just broke down and installed a flash blocker.
