I think it's some kind of old-fashioned cultural convention. I have an elderly aunt who gets furious if she sees a woman over 40 with hair longer than shoulder length.

Huh, I heard it was another kind of job.
Ditto Carl Weathers and Andrew Jackson.
Friday Night Videos was kinda cool. And then Henry Cho happened.
Marsters < Marsden < Mason
The original is possibly my favorite hip-hop album ever. A sequel makes me nervous, especially after Del's lackluster recent output, but I'm choosing to be cautiously optimistic. If nothing else, I'd love to see Automator back on top.
Did you know Daniel has his own spin-off these days?

Doesn't it?
Judge Holden from Blood Meridian.
Maybe the most unexpected Tom Noonan role I've seen, and a quietly great performance.
I think he's still doing both.
Aw Norm, ya got Arby's all over me!
I'll give them this much: "Lester Nygaard" is a spot-on name for a mild-mannered Minnesotan insurance salesman.
Ah'm fuckin' hungry now, y'know!
Jeez, Kansas City. I always forget that one even exists, although I remember liking it well enough. The whole "Amos & Andy robberies" angle was pretty clever.
I like Lucy quite a bit, but it feels like a show that was still finding its footing when it was cancelled. I think it could've gotten really good if it had stuck around.
Maybe A Wedding caught me on a bad day, but I found the whole thing a bit too shaggy and not nearly funny enough to justify its existence. I liked some of the performances – I'm fascinated by the brief career of Amy Stryker – but none of the characters grabbed me enough to
make me want to revisit. I couldn't even…
I still need to see HEALTH, although I'm told it may not be worth the trouble.
Not to mention Julie Hagerty, Sissy Spacek, the abovementioned Sandy Dennis, Amy Stryker, Geraldine Chaplin…
My esteem for Quintet grows with each passing year. I wonder if that's partially because I've only seen it once.
