@Beaker of Hope: Glad I read through the comments before I posted! Thought the same thing - but also wondered why one of her many minions wasn't the one with the orange hands considering she pays for a full-service entourage.

I have been in the process of developing a serious Hollywood crush on Franco in the last two weeks. I haven't felt this way since Devon Sawa...
@ChoirGrrl: Yes she does.
@duckwise: The show is fairly unscripted, other than helping a couple of the girls with some therapy bills (Amber). My friend works for the show in production.
@nolagringa001: It isn't even a requirement in the States (sadly).
What happens with the model's hair after the show? Do they have to pay themselves if they want it dyed back to a normal colour?
@VooDooDollhouse: I was going to re-edit to make the joke "Maybe she forgot to take the box out of the dress." but got lazy and forgot.
Did I just read "ready-to-wear?"
My parents made it a habit to walk around naked all the time. The consequences? I learned what bodies look like, what the parts were, and how to discuss them. The only downside was that I myself became extremely comfortable walking around nude, until an age that was probably inappropriate (around 11 or so). I'm still…
This is kind of a good idea. I completely tune out those demonstrations now, and that would have woken me up for sure.
@trinnysue: See comment above.

@CapitalOrange: And yet they do it, again and again and again, and cries of outrage are doing nothing to stop its occurrence. At least this woman is taking control of the situation. Maybe it is time for men to see the other side?
@gloeden31: Really? I find it really satisfying to read a list like this done about men. I have no qualms with women turning the tables on men, even when neither of the situations are that honourable.
This is an unpopular sentiment, but I, personally, am happy to be able to have the discussion of what occurs when a woman is on the controlling end of this gaze. If you look over to Deadspin, the men there are calling this woman unbelievably cruel names, and yet they rate women on their site every day.
This study is bogus based on my own experience of the last two days. I have been wearing underwire and have somehow pooped over five times already today. TODAY people. Yesterday it was like 6 times.
@najmah: What is interesting is this emphasis on choice is actually more recent in feminism's history. I wouldn't say I'm entirely a second waver, I found that in general, it fits more with the concept of feminism I hold.
@PeterAbe1ard: The same notions of "choice," don't exist in those nations. By mentioning the American notion, I am emphasizing a particular context. When others actually over-emphasize the role of "choice," in some cultural contexts (i.e. in terms of religious dress) they are affectively Americanizing those cultures…
@Ayepecks: It honestly depends on context. I normally always pay for half or at least offer (and now in my current relationship pay for most happily because the bf is on hard times). However, I have a male friend who is a feminist, reads a tremendous amount of Judith Butler, but was also raised by his rather…
@Poubelle: Thank you for echoing the sentiment. I often feel alone in this, although know I am not.
