@mruler360: Well, we gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves, at this year's Winter-een-mas LAN party. L4D2, Team Fortress and Counterstrike were on the docket. They never showed. Their loss. We had a blast!

We spawned out copies for everyone, launched and immediately realized that only the two people knew how to play, and they ganged up on the rest of the players…
Ya know - I wasn't going to buy Starcraft 2 - wasn't very impressed, and a bad experience during my last LAN party left a bad taste in my mouth every time I hear the word... but now... I dunno. Looks interesting...
I really enjoyed Oblivion and Fallout 3 / FNV. (Haven't played RDR, but I have to assume, from all descriptions, that I would love it enough to quit my job. Hence, not buying it ;))
