The only problem is none of them ever follow Islam, they make up there own dictatorship crap....

That was the most annoying song........

Houston all the way!!!!

Same here, no probs in houston...

Houston is just awesome....

Really? Havent noticed it, and I though Houston was one of the better signal areas...

For some reason then 1960's is so interesting to me, specially Kennedy's presidency. He seemed like a pretty awesome pres. The 60's are interesting with new techology and all that stuff. Its all so awesome, if only we could go back and see everything....

Wow, anyone who actually posts on someones wall defending a site that is stealing work, a site which gives them nothing but ripped off entertainment, is someone who probably has no friends. The site does not care about you, calling a creator names after ripping his work off doesnt help. I hope he sues funnyjunk...

I always wonder where yall live in texas, Houston is actually normal.

Yes they do, and more. The internet is not private to the SS and NSA ever. They can check everything and know everything. FB is not the only thing, every site can be monitored, keywords can be tracked..

The school becomes their guardian, the threat was enough for them to have the right and go through your stuff and interrogate every single one of yall...

This is an entirely inappropriate way for us to act. We have lost all self-control that we every had and now are basically threatening our country's pres?

It depends on what they say, this was a terrorism threat. But honestly, Talkin about our pres like that is not cool. No matter how much you hate someone. Specially after there are threats out there.

Its not unconstitutional. The 14th Amendment- Its Due Process Clause prohibits state and local governments from depriving persons of life, liberty, or property without certain steps being taken to ensure fairness.

He was in school, in which the school becomes the guardian of the child...

Im pretty sure threatening the president (or anyone for that) is not free speech....

The school did have the right to suspend her. She infringed on someone else's rights by posting a threat on a pretty public social network. If it was a text it wouldnt have been a problem, unless she was bulk messaging to everyone.

No it shouldn't, if you are infringing on someone else's rights, then you don't get rights. Death threats are not protected by the 1st amendment. Offending someone is not protected by the 1st amendment, at all. Freedom of speech is not the freedom to threat someone.

But it was a threat, and she posted it on a social network where everyone could read it. It is like going out in public, and screaming that you want to kill someone. She is old enough to know not to post stupid things like that.

Because it is public, not between a few friends. If she was sending messages, it wouldnt be that bad.
