I’m going to do a rare comment here and speak for the Shark. Costs a third of what a Dyson does and is tough as hell. I’ve had my Shark for 2 years and noticed no depreciable difference. I love it so much it makes me worry about what this passion says about me as a person.

But the intentional walk doesn’t subvert the intention of the rule. The consequence is still there - there is now a batter on base. Hacking players specifically punishes and benefits the exact opposite teams that the rule was intended to benefit.

you realize this game should’ve been over in the 9th were it not for Bob Davidson being the worst umpire in the entire MLB, right? Salty Cubs fan here, but the strike zone that game was WILDLY inconsistent, and the home plate ump decided he wanted to try to steal the show in an otherwise great baseball game.
