Cynically, maybe because now we have all heard of the project/ Soul Pancake production company, but we don't hate them too much, because they haven't kept the problematic star on board? : \

It's not necessarily about looking fancy. I'd love to skip my 1 hour + routine in the morning. But if you have bad enough skin, that's several layers of things - meaning some kind of lotion medication stuff, sometimes two, sunscreen, foundation, multiple powders just to get natural looking skin. (I do this every day.)

There are a lot of things normal people do besides this, so don't feel ostracized! I haven't done most of those either.
