Tell me about it! Everyone starts with Feisar, which is easiest to control, but once you start to realize its top speed won't suffice, Assegai shines as a marvelous compromise, losing mostly on the shields, (which you should rely less and less on as you get better and bump less stuff). I kind of like EG-X as well,

Well, they did the "WipEout [year]" thing for WipEout 2097, which was indeed set in 2097, but that was lost in localization since they ended up calling it WipEout XL in the US. In fact, I wonder if people would end up confusing the two titles, seeing how there would be two "WipEout two-thousand-something" games in the

I replayed the original WipEout when it was made available as a PSOne title for PS3/PSP on the Playstation Store, and I had a really hard time with the controls. The more recent titles have made so many improvements.

What I find very interesting about WipEout 2048 is actually "2048". Consider that the original WipEout game was set in the year 2052, where pilots compete in the F3600 anti-gravity racing league, and all other WipEout games after that are set further into the future, going all the way to 2207 with WipEout Pulse.

Damnit, I thought I read Portal III

my living room can't fit anything bigger than a 32". back when I bought my TV, they didn't make many Full HD 32" models, it ended up being more expensive than some 42" TVs of the time. It was worth it though, the difference is noticeable

I'd be ok with that, I did enjoy Twilight Princess on the Gamecube at the time

• "The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is delayed as a launch title for Nintendo's next console." (Michael McWhertor)

I don't see why that would be the case, I'm pretty fond of his movies and his style

I never quite understood why people are so thrilled about Rex Ready. Maybe there's some reference I'm not getting...

That's why I don't blame them, I'm just disapointed.

I liked the games, kinda disapointed they opted to finish the story as a serialized web fiction instead of an other game. That's life, I guess, if it doesn't work for the masses, they won't go out of their way to please the few.

I doubt this would make a great film. This comic is powerful because it starts out as something a lot of people have experienced, or at least know exists in today's society. It's something we can relate to and there is nothing at that point to suggest the situation in the strip is different from what we expect it to

bash.org is a pretty well-known site that collects funny moments from IRC or IM chats. It's pretty much always anonymous, so who knows where that came from. Some IRC cyber room somewhere.

I put on my robe and wizard hat

I know something else that evolved by growing arms... That didn't turn out so well, to tell the truth

Ditto.... Would have been a nice cameo

Question regarding recent layout changes on Kotaku:

Look again, it IS him!

Ditto, no time to play it though
