Not really, it's just that 3 games out of the entire franchise is kind of slim to get a real good feel of the series in its entirety. Kind of like someone saying he's a huge Beatles fan when he's only ever listened to "Let it Be", "Strawberry Fields Forever" and "Hey Jude", not knowing what the rest of the songs are…

That's an old picture, ATLAS (the one on the left) has a blue eye and fires Blue/Purple portals, P-Body (on the right) has an orange eye and fires Orange/Red portals. GLaDOS refers to them as "Blue" and "Orange"
