He signed no NDA to prohibit him from talking about the project. And according to their story, it doesn’t sound like they actively opened or read secret documents, it was all supposedly relayed to them by the employees themselves.

Again, the threat isn’t this leaker. The threat is poor security, negligent employees

True. But they’re also guilty of negligence on the security front. Chances are they wouldn’t go through all that trouble to find this guy.... Because he’s not actually the threat. They’d track down the employee that allowed them to come through the door and fire them to appease the investor’s fears... Because the real

“ isn’t this technically a form of corporate espionage...”

No. The guy didn’t do it for commercial gain. Corporate espionage is usually perpetrated by Corporations trying to steal secrets from someone else for commercial gain.

“ along with unlawful entry?

Yes, it is definitely trespassing... and perhaps petty theft

I just played the Harley Quinn DLC last night. At first I was liking the aesthetic changes they made, like unique UI. I liked that they even had unique ‘death quotes’. And her new ability that turns all attacks into a takedown for a short time. But it just... ended so quickly and was such throw-away content that it

Yep. Publishers always know when they’re releasing shitty and/or broken products... They simply don’t care or think they’ll get by just be continued support post-release.

The issues that end up being game breaking or diminishing an experience that might not have been known are obscure/rare crashes and networking

I prefer my female characters be shameful of their bodies too!

But seriously, it’s not like her skimpy clothing in this instance sexualizes her.

Well, the reason why this article is dumb is that anyone who hasn’t finished the story will avoid it... And everyone who has finished it already knows the truth... and, of course, they’re going to go on to spoil the rest of the game anyway.

So... Who exactly is the article for?

*Spoilers*

The worst part about Arkham Knight is that nearly the entire game is played while under the influence of Scarecrow’s fear toxin. While this allows it to have some pretty awesome and fucked up scenes throughout the game, it also makes Batman’s perspective inherently unreliable.

However, the way this scene

Well, the people you crash into or whatever are also criminals. They made sure to explain that the only people left in Gotham are bad guys (and the cops)... So Batman DGAF.

Jesus Christ. This article. Why?

That’s the best part too!

My question is... If every fucking criminal knows Batman doesn’t kill (and according to NPCs in Arkham Knight, most still don’t fully believe he’s killed anyone) - Why wouldn’t Scarecrow/Arkham Knight put people in the drones? Certainly it would make it harder for Batman to stop them if he can’t just blow them up...

I loved this game. Seriously fills me with absolute dread when I play... I really can only play in small doses because I’m actively tense the entire time.

This is precisely how companies need to handle these things. Punishing and banning people who simply found an exploit in your shitty game is NOT the way to go.

Good Call. I couldn’t think of any interactions between them, but now I remember this one. Thanks

Did Harley and Ivy ever really interact in Asylum or City? I don’t recall them establishing their relationship in the Arkham universe... So them having a nod to that would have been strange wtihin the context of the Arkham universe.

Never really could get into Suikoden 3... but I might pick it up and see if it clicks this time. I really want Suikoden 5... I never played it and heard it was far and away the best 3D Suikoden.

Good job at reading that headline, holmes!

I used to have a modded (original) Xbox (along with an un-modded box for online play). I signed up for a month long deal at the local Hollywood Video so that I could rent as many games as I wanted for a flat monthly fee... So I’d pirate a handful of games every week.

What ultimately happened was that I got to try out a

This. While it’s an okay step in the right direction, the selective support and the fact that publishers/developers have to ‘opt-in’ make it an ultimately pointless feature for the majority of us. I own far too many 360 games for them to support most of them... and thus, I won’t be able to sell or pass on my 360
