Nope that was actual scene lengths. If Michael Bay lets a camera linger for longer than a count of four he starts to think his movie is too artsy and throws in some misogyny or an explosion to counter.

Well, for a time the Turtles were indeed a boy band when they had their “Coming out of our shells” tour. One of the funnier things in the first movie was when Mikey referenced that.
Having a mediocre first film in a franchise must be one of the biggest blessings a studio can experience.

The CGI obviously still needs finishing. Other than that, this really looks like a Ninja Turtles movie, especially the toyetic elements.
