The Purple Wedding was completely satisfying. I got the same perverse thrill of watching Joffrey die as I did when I read the book. But kudos to the director because even though I knew what was coming, the last 20 minutes were still super tense, as everything coiled together and you were waiting for it to snap. When

Despite all the major events happening during this episode, I have to admit my favorite parts were pretty much every time Oberyn Martell was on screen. ESPECIALLY when he gave eyes at Sir Loras. (And then Sir Loras gave eyes right back.) Also his encounter with Tywin and Cersei. His character didn't feel nearly this

Seriously these people could even teach WETA workshop a few things about cool armor...

The real star of this show. The costumes...

These two were *adorable* together.

This is adorable. Grumpy Cat and Grumpy Wolf.

I keep imagining him saying this line: "Death comes for us all, Oroku Saki, but something much worse comes for you. For when you die, it will be... Without honor." Also, it actually looks like hes holding the sword in the same feigned weakness sort of way that he does in the first TMNT.

Why do you continue to hurt me with this?

And yet I loved the dig the Red Viper got in with "How fortunate you've sent your daughter Myrcella to the latter..."

Despite knowing it was coming, it was still beyond glorious. Beyond glorious.

oh look the motion blur and bokeh which make all the action in these movies indecipherable against the complete over-designing of the characters.

Time for a series of certain gifs

Aw. He dances like a baby with no rhythm.

I know it's just promotion for that new Seth Rogen movie and I DON'T CARE

IDK, not enough decorative kitten dishes around to tell for sure...

Look, Syfy, unless you're prepared to provide a level of violence, prurience, and general depravity concomitant with a certain HBO production, it would be best not to make the comparison. It's like promising Deadwood, just minus the cocksuckers, cunts, and other sundry expletives.

Maybe there's something I'm missing, I mean, all those superfluous flashbacks had to have some point? It's not just jumbled story telling for its own sake, I mean it's almost as bad as Dragon Wars.

S0 much same. But the damn thing sucks me in every time. I hate it (and myself) by the time I'm done, but something about the mutant-palooza draws me in.

I watch Queen of the Damned whenever it's on because I still haven't come to terms with all the ways it's so awful. And when I watch all I do is rage about it and then find five more things to hate. Even the DVD commentary is all apologies and excuses, bless their hearts.

Let's just get this over with...
