Meh, I wouldn't say it's necessarily a ripoff. I got the TRD Sport because, well, I liked it. But it comes with some neat stuff like an outlet in the bed, different seats, Bilstein shocks and an ALSD (although after 2009, I believe all the Tacomas began coming with these, before it was just the Sports with the LSD)

As a fellow Taco Owner (I presume that's what you're inferring ) the consensus seems to be "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" with the Tacoma. It's been pretty much unchanged the past almost 10 years, yet still easily outsells the competition, so I guess they just couldn't justify the added R&D costs of changing it,

They should've followed German Tank tradition and named it something like "Domestic Housecat" or some other type of feline.

Man, Somalis would hate that.

Don't you put that hate on me!

We really just need to start ignoring these, I don't want to see them near the top of the posts if they insist on existing at all.

Oh I know, they actually don't look bad on this at all, I like the black flares just kinda meh on the whole bolt look... I think it's mainly because I associate them with bro'd out lifted trucks and Tahoes that never leave the pavement.

If there weren't the visible bolt things on the fender flares then I think I would love every single thing that that car has going on with it. I want one.

For some reason it always blows my mind that toucans are real, like every time I see a pic/video of one I'm just like... No frickin way.

One of my favorite logos... Wish the modern cars fit it better!

So was this essentially a base 2wd (Besides the engine... Obviously)?
